RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION PROCEDURES
- All confirmed reservation need to be guaranteed by a valid credit card
(Visa/Master Card)
- Voucher will be issued once the credit card details is received and will
be sent by email and faxed to the respective hotel.
PAYMENT PROCEDURE
- The credit card will be used to guarantee the reservation. and will be
charged if there is any cancellation occurs.
- Rates will be charged equivalent to the US $ rate in the local currency
at the exchange rate of the day your credit card is processed.
- Credit card honored: Master Card and Visa Card. A 3% additional bank fee
will apply to all credit card processing
- Our representative will collect the payment after your arrival
- Payment will not be to the hotel.
- Partial or full prepayment may be required for some reservations.
- Ad-hoc group (Incentive and Conference/Meeting) rates are available upon
request and are subject to specific requirements.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- A 15% service and processing fee equivalent to the reserved room rate
will apply if the cancellation notice is received after the booking is
completed, and credit card authorization has been confirmed.
- During low season, a one-night room charge will apply if the
cancellation notice is received within 7 days before the arrival date. In
the event of No-Show, a full No-Show fee will be charged from the total
room rate reserved, except when prior specific arrangements have been made
with the agent or the hotel
- During high season, if canceling 30 days before the arrival date, a
one-night room charge will apply. If canceling before 14 days or less to
the arrival date, 50% of total room rate will apply, if canceling 7 days
or less prior to the arrival date, full charges will apply. In the event
of No-Show, a full No-Show fee will be charged from the total room rate
reserved, except when prior specific arrangements have been made with the
agent or the hotel.
