• All hotel internet rates are our special discount rate for booking made through www.bali-explorer.com only NOT direct to the hotel.
• Rates features are including tax and service charges.
• Room rates are quoted per room per night.
• Ad-hoc group (Incentive and Conference/Meeting) rates are available upon request and are subject to specific requirements

1. Credit Card ; VISA, MASTER or AMEX or DEBIT CARD. by Paypal. a 3,5% transaction fee will apply to all credit card processing.

• A USD 15 charge will apply if the cancellation notice is received after the booking and has completed, and we will refund to the same Credit card used for the transaction.
• During low season period, a one-night room charge will apply if the cancellation notice is received within 7 days before the arrival date. In the event of No-Show, a full No-Show fee will be charged from the total room rate reserved, except when prior specific arrangements have been made.
• During high season period, if canceling 30 days before the arrival date, a one-night room charge will apply. If canceling before 14 days or less to the arrival date, 50% of total room rate will apply, if canceling 7 days or less prior to the arrival date, full charges will apply. In the event of No-Show, a full No-Show fee will be charged from the total room rate reserved, except when prior specific arrangements have been made.
