Blue Moon Villas is nestles on top of a headland overlooking the dramatic landscape of the Bali Sea. You will awaken to spectacular sunrises over Mount Rinjani on the neighboring island of
Lombok.
During the day you can laze in the pool, gazing out to the distant horizon. The waters only disturbed by the occasional dolphin, flying fish or fishing boat.
Location of Blue Moon Villas, Bali
Selang Beach, where Blue Moon Villas is situated is a mixture of golden and volcanic sand with many beautiful shells. A variety of tropical trees provide welcoming shade if you need it.
You can snorkel directly off the beach. It takes around 3 hours drive from Denpasar Airport.
Accommodation at Blue Moon Villas, Bali
The villas are set in a lush tropical garden with a swimming pool that over looks the ocean.
The villas are built to the highest standards by local craftspeople using as much local materials as possible. We try to be eco-friendly; using solar power for our hot water, recycling our rubbish and using organic produce whenever possible.
The interior design is simple, elegant, light and bright. We used the finest cotton and hand-woven fabrics for our bed linen and soft furnishings.
The finest muslins for our mosquito nets. The location is stunning and we have steps down to the beach which is not far below us.
Penthouse Twin Bed (sleeps 2)
Penthouse 2 is situated on the top floor of Blue Star Villa. This room has 2 single beds (these can also be put together to form a double bed) and a smaller balcony.
The balcony faces out to the west with mountain and ocean views. As stated above, it is separated from the other penthouse room by a wide sitting area ensuring privacy.
Blue Ocean Villas (sleeps 2)
Blue Ocean Villa is close to the pool has a double bed with separate dressing area and a sitting area with a day bed. It is situated beside the swimming pool but hidden away behind a hedge of hibiscus flowers and flowing fish pond.
Blue Ocean Villa has wonderful Ocean views, both from your verandah and even from the comfort of your bed.
Blue Heaven Villa (sleeps 2)
Blue Heaven villa is a little further from the swimming pool, set in our lush garden. Blue Heaven also has a double bed with separate dressing area and a sitting area with a day bed.
Blue Heaven villa is more secluded than Blue Ocean Villa, but is of the same design. Blue Heaven also has some ocean views and it is close to our small temple where Balinese offerings are made twice daily.
Apartment (sleeps 3)
The Apartment is situated on the ground floor of Blue Star Villa. This is a large apartment room that has a double bed and a single bed. It has 2 showers, one indoor and one outdoor, it also has the luxury of a bathtub.
The Apartment has a big enclosed balcony with some ocean and garden views as well as a semi outdoor living area at its entrance with lounging area and antique furniture.
Penthouse Double Bed (sleeps 2)
The room is situated on the top floor of Blue Star Villa. This room has a double bed and a balcony with day beds to relax on. The balcony faces directly out to the ocean horizon and has the privilege of both sunrise and sunset views.
It is separated from the other penthouse room by a wide sitting area ensuring privacy.
Paradise Penthouse Garden Suite (sleeps 3)
These Deluxe rooms are recent additions to Blue Moon Villas. They sleep up to 3 people. Like Blue Paradise Penthouse Suites, both are bright and spacious with hand carved teak beds and luxury furnishings. They also have a large balcony with 2 large day beds and beautiful garden and ocean views.
This Penthouse are close to the new swimming pool. Sunrise over Lombok and Colourful Jukung fishing boats sailing by with their catch can also be seen from here without moving from your bed.
Room options are 3 single beds, or a king size double bed with one single bed.
Paradise Penthouse Suite (sleeps 2)
These Deluxe rooms are recent additions to Blue Moon Villas. Both are bright and spacious with a super king size, hand carved teak bed, and luxury furnishings. The room also have a large balcony with 2 large day beds and the most remarkably stunning ocean views.
Sunrise over Lombok and Colourful Jukung fishing boats sailing by with their catch can be seen without moving from your bed.
Blue Paradise 4 Bedroom Villa (sleeps 10)
Comprises of 2 Blue Paradise Penthouse Suites and 2 Blue Paradise Garden Suites. This deluxe, 4 bedroom villa is set in its own private garden with its own private swimming pool.
It is the perfect escape for you and your family to relax and enjoy. It has its own living room with dining area surrounded by fish ponds.
